Roshani Patel is a Senior Program Associate at NEEV IIT Gandhinagar, where she leads the Women Empowerment initiatives through a variety of skill development courses. With a focus on empowering women, she manages and oversees a range of training programs, including Sewing, Beautician, Hair and Makeup Training, Nail Art, Chocolate Candle Cake Making, and Training of Trainers (ToT) in Sewing.

Her role involves designing course curriculums, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring the smooth execution of each program. Roshani is dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment that enables women to gain new skills, enhance their livelihoods, and gain financial independence. She is passionate about providing opportunities for women in rural and underserved communities to become self-reliant, fostering both personal and professional growth.
